We are currently looking to hire a Human Resources Manager who will direct the functions of our Human Resources (HR) department.
As a Human Resources Manager at LexCheck, you will be responsible for supporting our New York City, Toronto and other offices, and work collaboratively with senior management and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of our HR strategy with our business objectives. You will act as a lead resource, providing advice and guidance on HR related matters such as employee relations, regulatory matters, and employee development, while accomplishing these and other critical functions.
This is the first role of its kind at LexCheck and successful candidates will be given considerable opportunities for upward mobility. The perfect candidate for this role is someone who is energized by the idea of building something new and who is looking to accelerate their career. This position will report to the CEO.
