Business Development & Customer Success Specialist, APAC

This is a critical role for LexCheck and is one that works with internal and external stakeholders to help maintain strong customer partnerships across the Geographic, execute on the internal strategy and ultimately drive a profitable and successful portfolio.

 

You will receive training where you will learn to identify key decision makers and have appropriate conversations that will encourage them to consider our solution.  You will learn to create business plans that illustrate how you are going to help achieve business goals such as sales growth.   You will also have the opportunity to develop your AI and SAAS knowledge!  So, if this sounds like the role for you, apply now for this position.

 

Reporting to the Global Business Development Manager and Australia-based Director of APAC, this is a contract role and a valid ABN is required.

 

 

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and foster positive relationships 
  • Sales experience in either software and/or legal
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of discipline, initiative, enthusiasm and an outgoing personality
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously 

Responsibilities

  • Be the central point of contact for Sales and appointment setting
  • Identify key decisions makers within your territory and develop strong working relationships with the direct sales team
  • Closely manage and maintain Sales and Pipeline Reporting opportunities - weekly
  • Provide monthly forecasts plus regular updates throughout the month 
  • Drive up-sell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities
  • Create awareness of and drive participation in LexCheck promotions
  • Follow up leads resulting from any LexCheck promotions or events
  • Create awareness of new product or program launches
  • Develop close working relationships with the existing client portfolio and help to ensure the success of our newly acquired clients
  • Develop and maintain strong product and process knowledge of LexCheck
  • Present demonstrations of the product when needed 
  • When needed, interact with the USA team. This may require early starts.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience positioning enterprise technology
  • Inside sales experience is a plus
  • Prospecting experience is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience being held to metrics
