Demand Generation Manager

The practice of law is evolving; we are leading the introduction of Artificial Intelligence into the business practices of the legal industry.  This is an opportunity to join LexCheck, one of the fastest-growing companies in the legal technology sector.  We are looking to hire a demand generation expert to lead our organization's efforts in crafting and executing our marketing strategies and campaigns.

We are in the process of thoroughly disrupting the legal sector, and a passionate demand generation manager is a vital part of this strategy.  You will help us create engaging campaigns, nurture leads, and orchestrate scalable marketing plans as we grow.  

This position provides a great opportunity to make a huge impact at a growth-stage startup and offers significant potential, upward mobility and future leadership opportunities.  This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Create short and long term scaleable demand generation strategies and campaigns
  • Define, orchestrate and optimize our top of funnel and demand generation programs through lead-scoring, MQL generation and close coordination with the Business Development team and senior management 
  • Use diverse programs and marketing channels to create and measure effective lead generation campaigns to drive SQL conversion
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate our target markets in close partnership with the Sales and Business Development teams
  • Analyze, report and optimize demand generation programs based on ROI and sales effectiveness
  • Communicate and coordinate activities with the sales team to establish lead quality expectations and ensure they are met

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing demand generation role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field or the equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Experience working with Digital Marketing platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO related programs, and conversion/optimization technologies
  • A passion for using your creativity and strong writing skills to develop unique and engaging campaign and outreach messaging
  • Track record of measurable success in developing and growing pipelines, campaigns, and MQL generation
