The Team

Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the LexCheck AI Negotiation Platform to transform our clients' negotiation process. Our teams partner with some of the largest most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of LexCheck to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.

This Position

To further our momentum, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our high-performance team in our journey to help everyone do business faster – and better. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in learning more about LexCheck or appear to be strong potential customers based upon our general market focus.

The Sales Development Representative qualifies prospective customers through targeted questions about their business strategy to include informing them about LexCheck’s offering and ascertains the likelihood of the prospect being a good match for LexCheck’s services. Eighty percent of one's time will be on the phone.

This position reports to the Manager of Business Development.

From an externally facing perspective, the Business Development Representative is a critical LexCheck representative with both our customers and sales partners. From an internally facing perspective, the Business Development Representative is a key liaison to sales and business development and many other teams involved in the sales process.


  • Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about LexCheck
  • Make outbound calls to prospects who are deemed to reside in one of LexCheck’s core vertical markets
  • Share information about LexCheck and ask questions about the prospect's business intentions
  • Discern potential for purchase and forward those who are of good potential to the Sales Account Executives to pursue
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives
  • Record prospect information in CRM database


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales related experience
  • CRM experience
  • Motivation, drive, and self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to understand and qualify prospects
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, take initiative and manage time effectively
  • Advanced level of English


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience positioning enterprise technology
  • Inside sales experience is a plus
  • Prospecting experience is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience being held to metrics
